Leveling compound over old broom finish saved me 14 hours on a garage floor
After burning a full day trying to grind down a rough 20 year old slab in Phoenix, I spread self leveling compound at 3/8 inch and troweled it flat, just wondering if anyone else skips the grind when the budget makes you get creative.
