My buddy in Tulsa said my mix was too wet, he was right
He watched me pour a small patio and just shook his head. I checked the slump after he left and sure enough, it was way past where it should be, probably 6 inches instead of 4. How do you guys keep from overwatering when it's 90 degrees out and you're rushing?

Whoa, hold on, a 6 inch slump isn't "too wet," that's basically soup and won't hold up at all. Next time add ice to your mix water instead of more water, it keeps the slump down while you're racing the heat.
