My neighbor's dog messed up a fresh slab I just finished
Spent all morning getting that patio smooth and level. I clearly said to keep animals away until tonight. Looked out my window and saw paw prints sunk deep into the surface! Now I have to grind it down and pour again. It's so annoying when folks don't respect the drying process!

Man that's the worst. I had a client's kid run through a fresh walkway once. What saved me later was setting up those cheap plastic fence sections you spike into the ground, the kind you see at garden centers. It sends a clear "keep out" message. @kellys78, I bet a barrier like that would've helped with your stucco too, keeps more than just dogs away. Did you end up finding a good way to protect your work after that?
