Saw a slab go from chalky white to a hard trowel shine in 40 minutes, same mix
Was finishing a 30x40 shop pad outside Springfield last Friday and the first half of the pour set up chalky and dull no matter what I did with the trowel. Then the finisher next to me started working his section about 40 minutes later, once it had stiffened up more, and that same mix came out with a glassy hard trowel shine you could see your face in. Is the difference just reading the set right, or is there something in how you work the cream back up that I'm missing?
