Thought I could save time on a curb cut by not using a form liner.
Had to fix the edges on a 40 foot section in Phoenix, took me almost two extra hours with a grinder. What's your go-to trick for clean curb work without slowing down?

Oh man, that's rough! I ALWAYS use a form liner now, no exceptions. My trick is to wet it down really good before the pour, it makes the release SO much cleaner. That way you barely need to touch the edges after.

Ugh, been there! Honestly, I just bite the bullet and use the liner every single time now. That extra few minutes setting it up saves me hours of grinding later. I also make sure my concrete mix isn't too wet, it holds the edge way better. A slightly stiffer mix and a good liner is my only real trick.
