Tried a new curing compound sprayer versus the old roller method on a big driveway job

The sprayer got it done in half the time with a much more even coat. We used a Chapin 2-gallon sprayer and it was a game changer for coverage. Anyone else made the switch and noticed a difference in how the slab cures?

My old roller is probably in the corner plotting its revenge. The switch to spraying was like going from a kid's paintbrush to an actual tool. The even coat from the sprayer just makes the whole cure look more uniform, no weird thick or thin spots. I wasted so much time going back over sections with the roller to fix my own mistakes. It's one of those changes where you just can't believe you did it the hard way for so long.

What people don't talk about is the cleanup. A roller and tray is a five minute wash. With a sprayer, you're spending half an hour breaking it down and flushing the lines, or you ruin it. That time adds up on small jobs.

Guess the roller's feeling pretty retired now...
