Hit 10,000 steps a day for 30 days straight and it messed with my sleep

Ngl, I was just trying to hit that 10k milestone on my Fitbit because everyone says it's healthy, but after week 2 I started waking up at 3am wide awake. Anyone else have a weird reaction to hitting a specific number like that in their daily routine?

It's crazy how we all just push through and pretend everything is fine until something like this happens. Makes you realize how much we're all barely holding it together.
