Was it at least a pretty book? I once bought a fancy book about Atlantis that was mostly just pictures of rocks (I am not a smart shopper).

The cover had some shiny gold foil, so it looked nice on my shelf for a few years. Honestly, the best part was using it to flatten out a wrinkled poster last week.

That Atlantis book was just rocks? I need to know how many pages were actually rocks. Nancycooper using her book as a poster press is kind of genius though. I get buying a book for the cover, we've all done it. But if the inside is just pictures of gravel, that's a whole new level of bad. My shelf has a few of those fancy looking duds too. They look good but feel like a total scam when you open them.
