Three years of arguing about the moon landing with my brother finally ended at a diner in Dayton
He threw a stack of papers on the table showing the Apollo 11 fuel margins and I actually read all 41 pages. Now we argue about whether the Manhattan Project was necessary instead, so what did you switch to arguing about once you ran out of steam on your main one?

Sounds like you're making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be. Plenty of flights get delayed or rerouted and people just move on with their day. Not everything has to turn into some wild story.
