A sub foreman in Dallas showed me his clipboard last Tuesday and I get it now
I was standing near the trailer when a sub foreman named Ray pulled out this beat up clipboard with maybe 40 pages on it. He said he tracks his concrete pours on paper because the software we use crashed twice in April and lost his last two entries. That means his crew was redoing layout marks for a whole slab that was already checked. I went back and looked at our own logs and we have gaps on 6 pour dates from March. If your crew is still double entering anything, tell me what you switched to because Ray is ready to quit over it.
