DAE think tablet checklists are worse than the clipboard on our Des Moines job?
Walked a 12 unit reno site off Grand Ave in Des Moines yesterday and the super was waving an iPad around like it was gold. Half the framing crew has gloves on and can't tap a screen, and two guys told me they just take a photo of the screen and write it on paper anyway. We lost a full day last month because a punch list update never synced in the basement. Paper doesn't need wifi. Is anyone actually running tablets clean on a real jobsite or is this just what the office wants to see?
