PSA: That free job scheduling app I found at a GC meetup in Phoenix saved my crew 8 hours a week easy.
Met a super at a bar after the Arizona Builders Alliance event last month who showed me how he routes crews with it - no more text chains from hell. What do you guys use for keeping subs on track without buying a $200/month software?

And that free one is honestly better than the paid junk sometimes because the guys actually use it. I started plugging in delivery windows for materials too and it stopped the whole “where’s the lumber?” mess.

The lumber always showed up at 7am right when I was on site.

Respectfully, I gotta disagree there. Paid scheduling software usually has better integration with my suppliers and keeps everyone on the same page without me chasing down texts. Free stuff works until a crew member changes their number or forgets to check it.
