Started using a $360 drone for site walks, saved me 3 days on my last foundation job
I bought a used DJI Mini 2 off a guy in my crew for site walks instead of paying a surveyor, and I caught a grade issue on the north corner of a foundation in Aurora that would've cost me about $4k to fix later. Now I fly it every Friday and overlay the pics on the plan set, takes 15 minutes tops.

Did you have any trouble getting the overlay to line up with your plan set at first? I tried something like that with a cheap drone last year and it took me a bit to get the angles right, but once it clicked it was a game changer for catching stuff before it gets buried.
