The 3 month switch from paper logs to digital saved my sanity on the jobsite
We used to do daily reports on paper binders at our site in Austin. Two months ago the GC made us switch to a mobile app for everything. The difference in what I can track now is night and day. Now I can see exactly who was on site and when the concrete truck arrived down to the minute. Has anyone else had their field guys actually fight against going digital even when it makes life easier?

That app timeline tracking sounds like a lifesaver for concrete pours, because we always had disputes over when the pump truck showed up. Did your guys actually push back because they felt watched by the GPS location features, or was it more about learning the new screens? Our crew in Phoenix grumbled for a week about typing on phones with dusty gloves before they admitted it saved them from digging through soggy binders.
