TIL comparing Procore vs Buildertrend saved my team 6 hours a week
I spent last month testing both for my company's 12-person crew in Austin. Procore had way better reporting features but Buildertrend was easier for subs to use on their phones. We went with Procore because the daily log integration cut down my paperwork time by a ton. Has anyone else tried swapping between these two?

Buildertrend's mobile app might be clunkier but that's what made our subs actually use it without fighting the interface every day... Procore felt like overkill for our mid-size crew and we ended up switching back after three months of fighting with it.
