TIL my job site data logging hit 10,000 entries in 6 months

I run a small crew doing residential framing outside Austin. I started tracking every delay, material shortage, and tool issue in a shared spreadsheet back in January. Hit 10,000 entries last week and it honestly blew my mind. That number means I spend about 3 hours a week just logging stuff, which is more than I thought. But looking back, those records helped me spot a pattern where lumber deliveries were always late on Tuesdays. Swapped suppliers and saved about 4 hours of downtime per week. Has anyone else seen a big number like that pop up from just tracking the small stuff?
