We switched from paper plans to tablets on a school project last year.
The first week was rough because the crew kept asking for printed sheets. After a month, I saw a foreman mark up a drawing right on site and send it to the office instantly. That saved us a full day on a change order. Has anyone else had a team that took a while to get used to tablets?

That "saved a full day" thing is a perfect example. People chase these tiny time wins all week, then waste hours scrolling on their phone or stressing about nothing. It's like we're all trying to win a race where the finish line doesn't even matter. The win feels good for a second, but it doesn't actually make life better. We just find something else to rush through.
