A color theory class at a hair show in Dallas made me rethink how I mix toner
I sat in on a free color theory class at a hair show in Dallas back in March, mostly because my feet hurt and I wanted a chair. The teacher held up a swatch and said most of us mix toner to cancel brass when we should be mixing to match the underlying pigment already sitting in the hair, and something about it just clicked for me. Has anyone else had a random class or demo flip how you do your color mixing?
