Had a client's perm go wrong at my chair last Thursday. Still shaken.
I'm at Salon Bella in Portland. Client wanted tight curls. I did my usual wrap. Something was off with solution timing. Her hair started breaking at the roots. I had to rinse early. She was crying. Now I check every bottle batch number before mixing. Has anyone else had a bad batch from a supplier lately?

Had good luck doing test strands with new supplier batches before full application.
