Overheard a client's comment about her old salon chair...
I was doing a consult last Tuesday and this new client mentioned she kept her old salon chair for 14 years because the stylist who retired used to let her kids sit in it while getting trims. It hit me that we focus so much on the cut and color, but the chair itself is part of the whole memory people carry. Do you all ever think about how your workspace furniture shapes what clients remember about their visits?
