Question about dealing with a client who keeps moving during a balayage

Tbh I had a client in Denver last week who would not sit still for anything. She kept turning her head to check her phone every couple minutes and I almost messed up her foils twice. I tried asking her to hold still but she laughed it off and said she was just excited for the results. Has anyone else dealt with this and found a way to keep clients calm during the foiling process? I'm thinking of trying a neck pillow or something next time to keep her head positioned.

Tell her my last client did that and now has a ROOT that looks like a drunk zebra, worked like a charm.
