Six back to back color corrections in one shift, my arms are still sore

Tuesday I had 6 clients all needing full color fixes from box dye disasters, and by hour 9 I could barely lift the bowl, so how do you all handle marathon days without wrecking your wrists and shoulders?

Six fixes in one day is a lot for sure, but at hour nine your arms are sore because you didn't take breaks, not because the job itself is impossible. I've done long stretches like that and the trick is to switch up your posture between clients, roll your shoulders, and stop gripping the bowl like it owes you money. Marathon days are rough, but if you're in pain after every six, maybe look at your setup rather than blaming the work itself.
