Was totally against lash lifts until my coworker made me try one.

I figured they'd ruin my lashes but she did mine for free last Tuesday and I swear they still look curled. Has anyone else been burned by a lash lift that went wrong?

So did your coworker use a specific brand or kit you know of? Because I'm wondering if the horror stories mostly come from cheap Diy kits versus actual salon stuff.

You said they STILL look curled a week later - did you avoid getting them wet at all?

But what if the issue isn't just water exposure and it's more about the glue or adhesive they used being too old or expired? I've seen some cheap brands where the bond just never fully cures no matter how dry you keep them. So maybe it's more about the quality of the lashes themselves rather than anything you did or didn't do.
