Why does nobody talk about how a client in Phoenix changed my mind on patch tests
A new client last month told me she had a reaction to a color line I had used on dozens of heads with zero issues, and it turned out she was right about her own scalp. I started doing a quick patch test behind the ear for every new color client after that, just 48 hours ahead. Anyone else had a client call out something you brushed off at first?

That 48 hour window saved me once with a bride from Mesa who reacted to PPD.
