Ceiling blanket anchors turn my fort from floppy to fortress
For two years I built forts by balancing blankets on chair backs and couch arms, but they always sagged in the middle and collapsed by page three of my book. Last week my roommate walked in and said "is that a tent for a hamster?" and I finally saw it from her angle. I grabbed two command hooks and some paracord from the garage, tied each corner up to the ceiling, and now my reading nook holds up for a full afternoon. The whole setup cost maybe 8 bucks and took 5 minutes, but the difference is night and day. Has anyone else tried ceiling anchors, or do you have a better fix for the middle-sag problem?

Plywood sheet on cinder blocks beats the sag and doubles as a fort roof.
