Figured string lights inside a fort were a rookie move until my kid asked why our tent was so dark
I always thought lights inside a blanket fort killed the cozy vibe, so I kept mine dim for weeks, just one lamp on the other side of the room and a flashlight near the pillow. Then last Tuesday my 7 year old crawled in with a cheap strand of fairy lights she dug out of the Christmas box and clipped them along the sheet with chip clips, and the whole thing went from cave to cabin in about 2 minutes flat. What's your go to for light in a fort, battery strand, clip on book light, or do you just leave the room lamp on?
