Rainy day fort in the old camper changed my whole setup

Last fall we parked our camper at Lake Tahoe and a storm rolled in, so I built a fort with the bunk cushions and a fitted sheet. That's when I realized the weight of the blankets matters more than the size of the clips, especially when the ceiling is slanted. Anyone else end up redoing their fort after the first collapse?

Heavier quilts changed everything for me. Those thin beach towels just slide right off the slanted ceiling. I ended up using my winter comforter and some clothespins, worked way better. Folded the sheet over the edge of the bunk and pinned it twice. Never had another collapse after that.
