Saw a video saying pool noodles beat pillows for fort walls, I laughed, then tried it in my living room
Last Saturday my niece wanted a fort big enough for both of us plus her dog, so I grabbed 6 pool noodles from the garage on a dare from some random video. I ran a strip of painter's tape along each noodle and taped them to the couch and two dining chairs, and the walls held up way better than the 4 couch cushions we usually fight over. The dog leaned on the side and nothing caved, which never happens with pillows. We read 3 books in there and I only had to fix one corner. Has anyone else tried noodles, and do you cut them shorter for a low ceiling or leave them full length?
