Barista at the shop on 5th told me my home pour over tasted like hot cardboard
She watched me make it at the counter last Tuesday and said my water was way too hot, and I have been brewing at 210 for months without knowing. Now I am second guessing every cup, what temp do you all actually use for a medium roast?
