The guy at Bean & Bloom in Tulsa fixed my grind and I've been chasing that cup since
I was about to toss my whole bag of Ethiopian beans because every cup came out sour and thin. A guy named Ray behind the counter at Bean & Bloom in Tulsa asked how I was grinding, then ran my beans through his grinder one notch finer and handed me a cup that tasted like blueberries. That one 5 minute talk made me realize my $40 grinder was set way too coarse the whole time. Now I'm wondering, does anyone else have a bean that only wakes up at one exact grind setting?
