Hot take: I ditched my desk lamp after a power outage in Tulsa, and my eyes feel better
Everyone says you need a bright lamp pulled right over your keyboard, but when the power went out for 6 hours last month in Tulsa I worked by a window with just daylight and had zero headaches. Now I keep the overhead light off and pull my chair closer to the window from 9 to noon, and my eyes feel way less fried than with the lamp 18 inches from my face. Anyone else work mostly by window light, or am I gonna hate this in the winter?
