My therapist said my desk was too perfect, now I have a happy mess corner

Last Tuesday my therapist noticed my setup during a video call and pointed out that a zero-clutter workspace can actually add stress because it feels like a museum you can't touch. She suggested keeping one small tray for things that make me smile, like a squishy stress ball and a polaroid from my trip to Austin, instead of hiding everything away. Has anyone else tried giving their desk a little personality zone without losing the cozy calm, or am I overthinking this?

Museum desk sounds exhausting, I'd lose my mind in five minutes.
