Appreciation post: swapping my stand mixer for a $6 dough whisk on pizza night
I finally tested them side by side last Friday and the whisk mixed my dough in about 40 seconds without the flour cloud covering my whole counter. The mixer still wins for cookies but for wet, sticky dough the little metal hook is honestly the better tool. Anyone else got a cheap pantry tool that beat the fancy one?
