The $6 bag of dried chickpeas outlasted three cans and a whole week of soups
Grabbed a cheap bag of dried chickpeas at the co-op in Portland and soaked them overnight, now I'm swapping them into everything from curries to salads, has anyone else found dried beans way easier to keep around than canned ones?
