The can of beans that changed my pantry math forever

I was cleaning out my cabinet last Tuesday and noticed a can of black beans had a 'best by' date from 2021. I almost tossed it, but then I looked up how long canned goods actually last. Turns out they stay safe way past the date if the can isn't dented or bulging, like 2 to 5 years easily. I found that on the USDA's food safety site while waiting for my coffee to brew. Now I'm wondering, how old is the oldest thing in your pantry that you'd still cook with? I need to know I'm not the only one with a 4 year old can of tomato paste.

That canned tomato paste is basically a museum piece at this point.
