My barn coop in Stardew got wrecked by a thunderstorm and I almost quit the save
Lost 4 chickens and a coop upgrade on Spring 19 of year 2 when a storm rolled through and I had zero lightning rods up. I just sat there staring at the screen for a minute, then rage quit and went to grab coffee. Came back an hour later, built 3 rods in one go, and spent the next two in-game days rebuilding. Now I check the weather forecast every single morning like it's a real job. Does anyone else keep a backup save just for weather disasters, or am I being paranoid?
Check the weather forecast every single morning like it's a real job" is sending me because same, I literally plan my whole farm day around it now. One zap and suddenly we're all amateur meteorologists with three rods in the yard like we're expecting a lightning apocalypse. Honestly the backup save thing is not paranoid, it's just good sense when the game decides to humble you.
