Picked the greenhouse over the stable, no regrets so far

I was debating between saving up 75k for the greenhouse or getting a horse in our co-op farm. I went with the greenhouse last Saturday because we have a 9 month winter here in Duluth. Now I'm growing ancient fruit year round and it paid for itself in about 2 seasons. Has anyone else found the greenhouse worth skipping a barn or stable for?

Oh man, that's a solid move! I respect the hustle on that one. But here's the thing I gotta ask, are you actually using all that ancient fruit to make wine, or are you just selling it raw? Because I feel like if you're not kegging it, you're leaving a ton of money on the table, and that changes the whole math on skipping the barn for so long.
