Spent an hour at the Secret Garden in Stardew Valley and noticed a weird thing about bee houses vs preserves jars
I was setting up my farm layout last night and got to thinking about honey vs jelly profits. People always say bee houses are better for passive income but I did the math and a single blueberry plant with preserves jars makes way more gold per season than any flower honey setup I've tried. But then again bee houses look way nicer and don't need constant replanting. Which side do you guys lean toward when you're trying to balance making money with keeping your farm looking chill?

My buddy Dave tried the all-bee-house setup one time. Ended up with 50 bee houses and zero flowers planted next to them. Made wild honey for like three seasons before he rage-sold them all.

Did he at least try clover before giving up on it?

Yeah but three seasons is a pretty good run honestly. Most hobbies last me like two weekends tops before I get bored and move on. Sounds like Dave just got impatient waiting for his flowers to take off. Wild honey is still honey, not like it went sour or anything.
