TIL I planted crops in the wrong season in Stardew and actually liked it more
I started a new farm in Stardew Valley last week and decided to plant nothing but parsnips in summer, which is totally wrong for the season and most of them died by day 10. I kept watering the dead ones anyway just to see what would happen, and then a few wild seeds I mixed in sprouted into something I never grew before. Turns out I had been min maxing every crop for two years without ever just messing around. It made the whole season feel new again and way more relaxed. Has anyone else tried ignoring the guides and just planting whatever?
