Had a perfect 12 hour shift on the Grove GMK last Thursday and it felt like magic

Everything just lined up - zero wind, clear sight lines, and the ironworkers were actually signaling correctly for once. Has anyone else had one of those days where you just nail every pick without breaking a sweat?

Read an article about how those perfect shifts happen when barometric pressure and humidity line up just right. Sounds about right for a day like that.

The way you put that makes so much sense, @the_jessica. I've always noticed those days where everything just clicks and the air feels different but I never knew there was a science behind it. It's like the weather lines up and your whole vibe shifts along with it. Makes me wonder how often I've been missing those perfect moments just because I didn't pay attention to the pressure and humidity. I'm gonna start checking those numbers more now and see if I can catch that feeling again.

Hang on, barometric pressure and humidity? That's the actual science behind those days? Never would have guessed it was something that measurable and boring, always figured it was more of a vibe thing that just happened. Guess I owe my local weather app an apology for ignoring it all these years.
