Coin grading labels keep lying about details

I noticed people mistake reproduction arrowheads for real ones all the time. At the Tulsa show last spring, a dealer tried selling me a flint point with fresh chisel marks, claimed it was Paleo era. I learned to check for patina on the flake ridges and look for heavy base grinding, both are gone on modern fakes. Has anyone else caught a seller passing off replicas as ancient?
