Noticed something about how I display my vintage key collection

I used to keep all my old keys in a big glass jar, but they just looked like a pile of junk. Last month, I bought a simple corkboard from the craft store for about $12 and pinned them up in a pattern. Now you can actually see each key's shape and patina, and it feels like a real collection. Has anyone else tried switching from a container to a wall display for small items?
