PSA: your vinyl records are warping on that wall shelf
Was at a buddy's place last weekend and saw his whole collection bowing on a south-facing wall in direct afternoon sun. Dude spent $400 on first pressings and they're all warped to hell now. Anyone else notice how much hidden damage sunlight does to their stuff?

Have you checked if your turntable itself is level? Most people dont think about it but if your floor is uneven or the shelf is slightly tilted that can put weird pressure on the records even if theyre stored upright. I had a buddy who thought his records were just getting warped from heat but it turned out his entire shelf was leaning forward just a hair and over time it messed up a bunch of his jazz LPs. Plus if you stack them too tight against each other they cant breathe and that can cause gradual warping too.

Adding small spacers between each record helped over here, just like @adam_patel mentioned about letting them breathe.
