Spent four hours trying to fix a zipper on an old leather jacket...
Turned out I just had the fabric pinched in the slider the whole time. Has anyone else spent way too long on something that simple?

Bet you felt like a total idiot after that, right? Did you at least catch yourself before you started cussin' at the jacket or was that part of the four hours too?

Bet you felt like a total idiot" is exactly what my buddy Dave said when he told me about his own jacket saga. He spent a solid fifteen minutes yelling at a stubborn zipper before realizing he was trying to zip it up from the bottom instead of the top (like a normal person). By the time he figured it out, his roommate had already recorded the whole thing on his phone, so now it lives forever in their group chat as "the jacket incident.

Man, that's such a classic move lol. I once spent an hour trying to open a jar of pickles only to realize I was twisting it the wrong way.
