A coworker at our office in Toledo told me my 1Password setup was backwards, so I flipped it
I had been keeping every login in one big shared vault at work because it felt easier to find stuff, and last month a guy on the IT side told me that one leak would hand over everything at once. He said "separate the junk from the money" and had me move email, banking, and payroll into their own vault with a different password. Took me maybe 45 minutes on a Friday and now I sleep a little better about it. Still figuring out which logins really deserve their own vault, so if you split yours up, where did you draw the line?
