I used to think my password manager was secure enough on its own
Then I saw a failed login attempt from a coffee shop in Portland on an account I only use for banking. The app's 'auto-fill on any site' setting was the problem. Anyone else turn that feature off after a scare?

That "failed login attempt" could just be a glitch in their own system.

Oh sure, their system glitched and picked MY password out of a billion possibilities. That's some lucky glitch.
