Hit 300 commutes this year without a single delay and I don't know how to feel about it

I drove the same 45 minute route every day for ten months and somehow never hit major traffic or a breakdown. It feels weird to call it a win when I was just lucky with lights and weather, but has anyone else tracked a run like this and actually been happy about it?

You got a buddy named Mike? Dude drives an hour each way to a factory and he had a streak like that once, almost 8 months of clean commutes. Then one Tuesday a semi blew a tire in front of him and he was stuck for 3 hours on the highway with no bathroom. He said it felt like the universe was balancing the scales for all that good luck.

Man that's rough, I feel for the guy. Three hours with no bathroom after eight months of smooth commutes is just brutal luck. Sometimes the universe really does seem to have a twisted sense of humor.
