That sudden stop on the I-5 offramp almost got me rear-ended
I was coming off the I-5 at the 14th Street exit around 7:45 AM yesterday when some guy in a lifted truck cut me off to make the light. I slammed on my brakes and the minivan behind me screeched to a halt maybe 2 feet from my bumper. Now I always leave way more space at those offramp curves because people treat them like a race track. Anyone else got close calls at that specific exit near downtown?

Notice how everything is about rush and hurry now, even when there's nowhere to be. We've turned patience into a weakness instead of just common sense.
