Tried that express bus pass for 6 months in Denver and it was a total waste
I paid $120 for a monthly express bus pass that was supposed to cut my commute from 45 minutes to 25. Turned out the express bus was always late or got stuck in the same traffic as the local, so I ended up driving half the time anyway. Has anyone else had luck with those passes or am I just in a bad route?

Oh man, that's so frustrating! I feel your pain, I've totally been there with stuff like that sounding way better than it actually works out.

Did you try calling your credit card company to see if they can stop the payment? Sometimes they can reverse it if you explain what happened. I'd also leave a honest review online so other folks know what they're getting into. It might feel like a lost cause, but at least you'll have done what you can.

yeah i actually read somewhere that credit card chargebacks have like a 60 day window or something like that. so if it's been a while you might be out of luck but it's worth a shot. and leaving a review is smart too, even if it feels pointless. @jennifer_jenkins i've been in the same boat with those hype-heavy ads before. one time i ordered this kitchen gadget that was supposed to chop everything perfectly and it just mashed the veggies into a pulp. honestly if you can't get your money back at least you might save someone else the headache. i'd also suggest checking if the company has a real phone number you can call instead of just email. sometimes a real person on the line can get things done faster.
