The off-leash dog at Green Lake in Seattle got my pup so riled up he barked for 20 minutes straight
There were signs on all 3 entrances saying dogs must be leashed and this guy just shrugged when I pointed at them. How do you handle people who ignore leash rules without starting a fight?
